Hesap ve veri silme

Kelime Meclisi: Kelime Oyunu hesabını ve verilerini silmek için iki yol var.

1. Oyunun içinden (en hızlısı)

  1. Oyunu aç, Ayarlar bölümüne gir.
  2. En alttaki Tehlikeli bölge kısmında Hesabımı sil düğmesine bas (misafirsen düğme Verilerimi sil yazar).
  3. Şifreni gir (e-posta ile kayıtlıysan) ve kutuya SİL yaz, Kalıcı olarak sil düğmesine bas.

Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

2. E-posta ile

Oyuna giremiyorsan, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine yaz; konuya "Hesap silme" ve oyundaki adını ekle.

Ne silinir?

Hesap silindiğinde hesapla ilişkili kişisel veriler en geç 30 gün içinde silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir. Güvenlik, sahtecilik, uyuşmazlıkların çözümü veya yasal yükümlülükler nedeniyle belirli kayıtlar mevzuatın izin verdiği süre boyunca daha uzun tutulabilir. Misafir kullanıcıların verileri yalnızca kendi cihazlarındadır; uygulama verisini silmek ya da tarayıcı verisini temizlemek bunları kaldırır.

Account and data deletion

There are two ways to delete your Kelime Meclisi: Kelime Oyunu account and data.

1. Inside the game (fastest)

  1. Open the game and go to Settings.
  2. In the Danger zone section at the bottom, tap Delete my account (for guests the button says Delete my data).
  3. Enter your password (if you signed up with e-mail), type DELETE in the box and tap Delete permanently.

This cannot be undone.

2. By e-mail

If you cannot get into the game, write from the e-mail address registered on your account to [email protected]; put "Account deletion" and your in-game name in the subject.

What is deleted?

When an account is deleted, personal data linked to it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised within 30 days at the latest. Some records may be kept longer, for as long as the law allows, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Guest data lives only on the guest's own device; clearing the app data or browser data removes it.
